2. Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, business email, company, role, and anything else you include when you contact us, request a pilot, or subscribe to updates.

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our optimization services, benchmark and verify performance results, maintain the security and reliability of our systems, meet legal and accounting obligations, and send business communications you have requested.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer workload data to train models offered to other customers unless a separate written agreement permits it.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a business-to-business service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Customer workload artifacts are deleted or returned at the end of an engagement on request. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
